About the typeface
Futurism is a geometric sans that carries on from Roly Atid (Rothschild & Lippman), the Hebrew typeface made in the spirit of Futura, designed by Paul Renner in 1927, together with other geometric faces made in Israel such as Meir Dan, Narkis Ruti and Dan. In its contemporary form, Futurism leaps between past and future, with forms that look beyond Futura and combine eccentric geometric shapes with a flowing, clear legibility that suits headlines as well as blocks of text.
